This course was co-designed and developed by IPS Management Consultants, a registered Aboriginal business, and informed by consultation with public sector First Nations staff and the Aboriginal Advisory Council of WA.

Facilitators

Katie Clarke is a proud Noongar woman from the Wardandi Tribe in Busselton. She brings extensive engagement and facilitation expertise grounded in human centred, culturally safe approaches. She has worked extensively with remote and regional Aboriginal communities across Australia, applying co-design principles to develop programs that respond to the unique needs, aspirations and lived realities of each community.

Julie Hillier is a professionally accredited facilitator and coach who has worked at a senior leadership level in the UK, Norway, France, Singapore and Australia. She has held deputy director roles in higher education in Australia and internationally. An executive coach, she has led, designed and delivered major leadership and change programs; and works with organisations and teams to build internal capability and collaborative relationships.
