The remaining personal information is collected directly from you when you use The Skills Academy to complete courses and learning activities. Why and how does The Skills Academy collect your personal information and how is it used?
The Skills Academy collects your personal information so you can be identified for the purposes of crediting your learning, providing your learning history to your agency and the Public Sector Commission, invoicing your agency and responding to any of your queries, requests or concerns.
It is not possible to provide The Skills Academy to anonymous users. The Skills Academy only collects the minimum amount of personal information required to provide The Skills Academy to you. Your personal information is not used in artificial intelligence automated decision making processes.
Who does The Skills Academy disclose your personal information to and how is it secured?
The Skills Academy shares your personal information with your agency and the Public Sector Commission for the purposes of invoicing and reporting. A limited number of essential KPMG staff have access to your personal information for the purposes of The Skills Academy administration and technology support. Your personal information is not shared with other parties except as required by law (for example, if it is the subject of a warrant from the police). At all times, your personal information is securely protected. Your personal information is destroyed in accordance with the directions of the Public Sector Commission.
