The household electricity credit will be paid into a nominated account held by all owners or tenants.

If you want to have the credit paid into an account that is not in the name of all owners or tenants:
- complete the nomination form
- provide a current form of identification for all owners or tenants
- attach the completed nomination to your application.
If you have lodged your application and need to provide the authorisation form, attach the completed form to an online enquiry.
