In September 2021, the Western Australian Government announced the Community Housing Grants Program.
With an estimated value of over $152 million, this program supports Community Housing Providers to:
- deliver newly constructed community housing,
- refurbish existing community housing stock that may be nearing its end of useful life, and
- undertake maintenance on housing stock in regional and remote communities.
