This document provides guidance for premises where the licence holder is a Port Authority (as defined in the Port Authorities Act 1999), as regulated under Part V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986.
For this guidance to apply, the Port Authority must be licensed to undertake Category 58 and / or 58A activities at the premises as listed in Schedule 1 of the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987.
