Notice of Approved Amendment
The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission plan 3.2745/1. Section 58 of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011 enables the gazettal of a planning scheme, while a redevelopment scheme is in operation, which would apply to land in a redevelopment area only when the redevelopment scheme ceases to apply to the land. A planning scheme made while a redevelopment scheme is in operation, has no effect while the redevelopment scheme has effect.
