Part of the Public Sector Commissioner's role is to promote and maintain integrity, conduct and ethics in the Western Australian government sector. Responsibilities of this role are contained in the Public Sector Management Act 1994Corruption , Crime and Misconduct Act 2003  and the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2003 .
