You can continue using Online Duties to lodge eligible transactions for self-assessment during this time, however, technical support will not be available during this time. Payment will be due in the month after the certificate of duty is printed.
You can continue using OSR Duties Lodgments to lodge transactions during this time, however, we will not be settling transactions until we reopen.
- Submit no double duty certificate requests by 22 December 2020.
- Electronic payments will be processed during the shutdown period, allowing certificates of duty to be printed. If your transaction is not lodged electronically, make payment by 20 December 2020 to allow time for the payment to clear and the certificate of duty to issue.
