The Aboriginal Business Capability Building Program seeks to empower Aboriginal businesses to contract with the WA Government to provide goods, services, community services and works.
The program is run across different regions in Western Australia by Aboriginal business training providers Morrgul and Indigenous Professional Services Management Consultants. Through these providers, Aboriginal businesses can access individualised support services in relation to:
- tendering skills,
- business development,
- internal governance, and
- contractual compliance requirements.
The program delivery will ensure that the varied needs of Aboriginal businesses across the regions are addressed in a culturally respectful way.
