We work with medical and allied health providers, government agencies, care providers and legal providers to help our customers get the services they need.

The Compulsory Third Party system allows service providers to reconcile and track the status of their accounts and locate reference numbers for patients, as well as providing access for recognised business partners to our systems.

If you are a service provider who submits invoices to the Insurance Commission for Motor Vehicle Third Party Insurance patients and would like access to this system, please email us at ctpextusrs@icwa.wa.gov.au, call 61 08 9264 3342 or complete the online request form.
