Easy Read Factsheets

These factsheets are available in other formats and languages on request. For Easy Read Factsheets about administration and trust management, visit the Public Trustee’s publication page.

Enduring Power of Attorney - Kits and Guides

The EPA Guide is a fully comprehensive document, available online only. The EPA Kit is a shorter step-by-step document and form, available both online and hard copy. Guides and kits contain two identical forms, so there is the option to provide Landgate with an original.

Note: The EPA forms included in both publications are not designed to be completed electronically.
