ServiceWA - centre and app

Making it easier for customers to connect with WA State Government services.
Last updated:

The State Government’s services, offers and information are being brought together in one convenient and secure place under ServiceWA.

In October 2020, a trial ServiceWA centre was established in Bunbury. The centre offers over 80 transactions from five State Government agencies in a single, convenient location. As well as facilitating transactions, our centre staff have been running education sessions to assist people with navigating online systems.

The ServiceWA app was launched in January 2022 to support WA’s Safe Transition out of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The ServiceWA app has since been developed with additional services and features that help Western Australians to conveniently access State Government services from their mobile phone.

These services range from information on current fuel prices through Fuelwatch, to the latest shark sightings, and bushfire warnings from around the State.

You can also easily find information on Working with Children checks, renewing your driver’s licence, registering births, deaths and marriages, and a list of parks and reserves near you.  Find these services in the Discovery tab.
