Make a report

The Public Sector Commission has a role under the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003 to ensure minor misconduct matters are dealt with in an appropriate way.

What you need to know before you start

Your report should detail what happened, who was involved, where and when the alleged conduct occurred, and include any supporting documentation.

Before starting:

  • know who we have the authority to deal with
  • watch the video Reporting Minor Misconduct and read What is minor misconduct?
  • be clear about who your report is about and include factual information rather than opinions
  • understand you can make an anonymous report
  • understand how we manage your privacy.
