Resources to guide you through the discipline process

Part 5 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 applies to WA public sector employees and sets out how discipline processes are managed. 

Public sector employers must follow the instructions below. They can also be used as a guide when managing disciplinary allegations for other employing authorities to ensure the process is fair.
