Make a notification

The Public Sector Commission has a role under the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003 to ensure minor misconduct matters are dealt with in an appropriate way.

To notify minor misconduct:

To help us properly assess your notification it is important that you provide all relevant information:

  • Who: name, date of birth and position of the employee(s) including the division they work within.
  • When and where: date(s) and/or time the alleged misconduct occurred.
  • What: specific detail of what happened including relevant contextual information.
  • Why: your assessment of why it meets the definition of minor misconduct under section 4d of the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003
  • How: you became aware of the alleged conduct.
