Your privacy

The Public Sector Commission has a role under the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003 to ensure minor misconduct matters are dealt with in an appropriate way.

The Commission handles all personal information carefully and in accordance with state and national laws.

Please note the following:

  • If you make a report and it is referred onto another authority (usually the authority that employs the person your report relates to) it usually includes the information you give us and your personal details. 
  • You can report anonymously through Safe2Say. If you use this method, no one (including us) ever sees your personal information.  However please re-log into Safe2Say regularly in case we message you to request more information.

If you have concerns about your identity being disclosed, please email us to discuss this at minormisconduct@psc.wa.gov.au. Where possible, we take steps to de-identify your information.
