Managing invitations

How to find and manage invitations for people to act on your behalf or on behalf of your business in the WARAM.

You can manage the invitations for a representative to act on behalf of:

  • yourself; or
  • a business or volunteer organisation that you have already been authorised to administer in the WARAM.

Managing invitations means you can:

  • view the details of an invitation;
  • resend the invitation so the invited representative receives a new invitation code; or
  • withdraw the invitation if it is no longer required.

Pending invitations expire after 14 days.

To manage invitations sent to someone to act on your behalf:

  • sign into the WARAM;
  • choose “My representatives” on the “My dashboard” page;
  • after the “My representatives” page is displayed, choose “View invitations”;
  • find the invitation you require;
  • you can view the invitation details, resend or withdraw a pending invitation via the Action heading.

Step-by-step help with screenshots can be found under “WA Relationship Authorisation Manager User Guide - Managing invitations for a person to act on your behalf”.
