You can manage the invitations for a representative to act on behalf of:
- yourself; or
- a business or volunteer organisation that you have already been authorised to administer in the WARAM.
Managing invitations means you can:
- view the details of an invitation;
- resend the invitation so the invited representative receives a new invitation code; or
- withdraw the invitation if it is no longer required.
Pending invitations expire after 14 days.
To manage invitations sent to someone to act on your behalf:
- sign into the WARAM;
- choose “My representatives” on the “My dashboard” page;
- after the “My representatives” page is displayed, choose “View invitations”;
- find the invitation you require;
- you can view the invitation details, resend or withdraw a pending invitation via the Action heading.
