Pursuant to Section 31 of the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004, on 27 May 2020, the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) resolved to reconsider its decision of 13 December 2017 regarding Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) amendment 1375/27.
This amendment transfers land from the urban deferred zone to the urban zone, as shown on WAPC plan 4.1633 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
