The Western Australian Government Intellectual Property Policy (WA Government IP Policy) is being reviewed.

IP can include written works, designs and images. IP developed or owned by WA Government agencies has potential economic, social and environmental benefits for the community.

This Discussion Paper outlines proposed options for an updated policy and asks for feedback on the proposals. It has been developed in consultation with WA Government agencies with core functions that include research, innovation and the development of IP.
