Western Australia is set to become a renowned global hub of invention, investment, innovation and impact.

From world-leading robotic advancements to emerging strengths in space exploration and a fast-growing life sciences sector, the State is ideally positioned for innovation that will shape the next century. 

To seize these opportunities, it is important to have suitable land, facilities and infrastructure that
can enable industries, companies, institutions and new entrants to collaborate and connect.

This prospectus showcases Western Australia's suite of existing and developing science and innovation precincts. 

Established precincts include the Bentley Technology Park, home to Pawsey Supercomputer Research Centre and CSIRO, the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct, as well as the regionally-located Food Innovation Precinct. 

Developing precincts include marine industrial facilities, technology parks, health precincts and emerging innovation zones to foster industry-changing innovation and jobs growth for Western Australia.

This prospectus was developed by Development WA, in line with Western Australia's Future State: Accelerating Diversify WA plan to build a smarter, more sustainable and diversified economy for the State.
