In Western Australia, we regulate contaminated sites through the Contaminated Sites Act 2003 and Contaminated Sites Regulations 2006.

We also work with the Department of Health in relation to public health issues at contaminated sites.

To report a known or suspected contaminated site, please complete and submit Form 1: Report of a known or suspected contaminated site.
