ESM Rule Change Proposals
Anyone can propose a change to the Electricity System and Market (ESM) Rules by submitting a Rule Change Proposal to Coordinator of Energy. Any Rule Change Proposal must describe how the proposed rule change would allow the ESM Rules to better address the State Electricity Objective.
