The tables below list all past Rule Change Proposals since the market commenced on 1 September 2006. These include past proposals considered by the Rule Change Panel (3 April 2017 - 1 July 2021) and the Independent Market Operator (prior to 3 April 2017) under previous governance arrangements.

Amending Rules made by the Minister for Energy under regulation 7(4) of the Electricity Industry (Wholesale Electricity Market) Regulations 2004 since November 2015 are also provided.
