All security bonds for rental properties must be lodged with the Bond Administrator.
Licensed real estate agents and landlords must lodge the bond within 14 days of receiving the bond payment from the tenant(s).
It can be lodged online or by using a manual form.
BondsOnline is an online portal that allows real estate agents and landlords to lodge and manage bonds. You will need to register for a MyAccount first.
BondsOnline is not available to tenants.
