A uniquely tailored leadership development program to stretch the minds and actions of Level 8 high performers.

Our workplaces have changed. We are managing increasingly unpredictable and rapidly changing environments that require more agile and adaptable responses. Research shows leaders need new capabilities for these challenges that expand their mindsets, behaviours and actions.

Elev8 is an 8 month leadership development program designed to establish these capabilities in high performing Level 8 (and equivalent) WA public sector employees.

Participants gain essential insights into leadership for now and into the future, crafting their own learning journeys to meet their individual needs. They have the opportunity to create relationships with other high performers across the sector and establish opportunities to collaborate. They also have access to local and global leadership experts to stretch their insights and receive personal guidance.

Elev8 challenges assumptions and explores new ways of leading. It supports the transition from team leader to an influential leader of leaders to create the next tier of senior executives.

Elev8 is part of the Learning and Development Prospectus, an innovative suite of programs created specifically for WA public sector staff.

Who is Elev8 for?

Elev8 is for high performing Level 8 (and equivalent) leaders in the WA public sector. 

They are expected to lead in multiple directions at once, manage up to their line managers and executive group, influence peers and lead a broad range of teams while interpreting and executing strategic directions and priorities.

These leaders usually feel conflicted about priorities and have difficulty distancing themselves from the operational aspects of their previous roles to move into a more strategic mindset.

Places are limited in this program and applications are assessed to ensure a diverse group of committed participants.

What is the cost?

The cost of $6,090 covers all aspects of the 8 month program:

  • 4 core experiences
  • 4 peer group coaching exploration sessions
  • 3 virtual immersion workshops with personalised learning tools or assessments
  • 2 specialised individual coaching sessions
  • Artificial intelligence coaching to help achieve individual goals
  • Resources to support and embed the learning

The cost is met by the participant’s agency.
