To be accepted into the program, the candidate must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Currently a substantive Level 8 (or equivalent) in the WA public sector. This includes staff working for:
- departments (such as the Department of Health and Office of the Auditor General)
- SES organisations (such as WorkCover, TAFEs and development commissions
- non-SES organisations (such as the Public Trustee and Office of the WA Ombudsman).
- Have a record of high performance (exceeding expectations on an ongoing basis).
- Currently have people reporting to them.
- Available for all sessions.
- Manager endorsement of application.
