The candidate must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Currently a substantive Level 8 (or equivalent) in the WA public sector, or someone who is acting in a Level 8 position for the duration of the program
- Have a record of high performance (exceeding expectations on an ongoing basis)
- Currently have people reporting to you and a minimum of 5 years people leadership experience
- Available for all sessions
- Line manager endorsement of application
