The approach

A leadership development program stretching the minds and actions of Level 8 high-performers

In Elev8, each participant drives their learning through core and elective experiences.

1. Core experiences

These are delivered through 4 face to face workshops based on leadership expectations needed now and into the future for the sector. Each workshop is one or 2 days.

2. Group exploration

In small groups, participants explore content from the core experiences, challenging and supporting each other towards new ways of leading. In these facilitated sessions, they reflect on and embed learning through one-hour in-depth sessions.

3. Immersion workshops

Participants select 3 of 6 small group virtual immersion workshops that challenge their assumptions, mindsets and behaviours on different and important aspects of their leadership. Each of the 3 workshops involves a personal assessment, development report or toolkit for participants.

4. Individual coaching

Participants take part in 2 one-hour individual coaching sessions with expert facilitators from the immersion workshops. They deepen their insights into personal challenges and leadership effectiveness.
