In Elev8, each participant drives their learning through core and elective experiences.
1. Core experiences
Delivered through 4 face to face workshops, the experiences are based on expected leadership capabilities and behaviours. Each workshop is 2 days.
2. Group exploration
In small groups, participants explore content from the core experiences, challenging and supporting each other towards new ways of leading. These facilitated one hour group exploration sessions focus on embedding learning and reflection.
3. Immersion workshops
Participants select 3 of 6 small group immersion workshops that challenge their assumptions, mindsets and behaviours on different and important aspects of their leadership. Delivered online, each workshop involves a personal assessment, development report or toolkit for participants.
4. Immersion coaching
Participants select 2 of their chosen 3 immersion workshops to receive individual one hour coaching sessions. Delivered by experienced and expert coaches, these sessions further deepen participants’ insights into personal challenges and leadership effectiveness.
