The Search Transactions function allows you to search for transactions that have been entered into Duties Lodgments.
Search by criteria including:
- Bundle ID
- client reference
- date of execution
- lodgment date
- due date
- party name
- transaction status
The columns can also be filtered to be in alphabetical or numerical order by clicking in the column heading.
View a transaction by either double-clicking on the transaction or highlighting the transaction and then clicking View.
Transaction statuses
- A pre-lodged transaction has been saved and not yet lodged with RevenueWA.
- When viewing a Pre-lodged transaction you will be taken to the Bundle Summary page.
- Click Modify to add or edit any details or click Lodge if you are ready to submit the transaction to RevenueWA.
- For a lodged transaction, the details that were entered will be listed down the screen including all party details, dutiable property and uploaded documents.
- From this screen you can reprint the lodgment form, add information or request NDD.
- You can also add the land details and receiving parties’ date of birth, ACN or ABN if they were not available at the time of lodgment by clicking Modify.
- Enter the relevant details in the box provided and click Save. Once the details have been entered and saved, the modify button will no longer be available. You will receive a confirmation message once the information has been saved.
- Click OK and then Close to return to the Search Transaction screen.
- If a bundle has multiple transactions linked to it, the Transaction Details section displays the details of the transaction highlighted in the Transaction Summary section.
