Metropolitan Region Scheme amendment 1313/41 - Midland Freight Rail Realignment

The amendment seeks to transfer approximately 18 hectares from the Rural and Industrial zones and the Public Purpose and Parks and Recreation reservations to the Railways and Primary Regional Road reservations.

The amendment will provide for the potential future realignment of the Midland freight rail line to improve amenity and accessibility with the Midland strategic metropolitan centre.
