Notice of approved amendment
The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plan number 3.2772 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
By virtue of section 126(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the City of Kalamunda Local Planning Scheme is amended to give effect to the reservation(s) included in MRS Amendment 1373/57.
