Consultation on the draft AES Code of Practice for OPS services is now open for stakeholder feedback. 

The AES Code of Practice for OPS services sets out OPS service providers obligations under the Alternative Electricity Services framework. 

Consultation on the draft AES Code of Practice for OPS closes at 5.00pm (AWST) on 15 May 2026. 

Consultation on the draft AES Code of Practice for Single-property networks (SPNs) is expected in the second half of 2026.
