Insurance Commission of Western Australia

An entry level pathway through the School Based Traineeship Program in 2025-26.

About us

We have an important role in WA providing injury insurance to all motorists (compulsory third party) and insurance to government.

Our motor injury insurance covers injuries caused to those not at fault in a car crash. Our insurance to government covers everything in the public sector from the employees themselves, the buildings they work in, the equipment they use, and even our police dogs.

Our support areas include human resources, finance, information technology, communications and customer service.

Working with us will provide you with a great start in the public sector where you will learn from experienced professionals. You will join a diverse and innovative team, which values accountability, professional integrity and respect.
