The Online Services Portal allows you to

  • make a payment or apply for an extension of time
  • view payment due dates
  • request a refund via EFT
  • apply for a residential exemption

  • calculate an estimate of your land tax liability using the land tax calculator

The first time you access the portal, you must agree to the terms of use then register with your email address and create a password. It may take up to two working days for your registration to be approved. You can start using our services after you have verified your email address. After an assessment notice is sent to you by mail, details of the assessment will be available within the portal.

Additional information is required to link to your taxpayer record.

  • Client ID - found on all correspondence you have received from the Office of State Revenue
  • Payment Reference Number (PRN) - displayed as the Payment Ref directly below the Client ID on the top right of the first page of your land tax notice of assessment.

If you don't know your Client ID or PRN, please contact us.

Each person accessing the portal must have their own registered username and password. Sharing your login details breaches the terms of use.

If you are a managing agent but not the agent for all of your client’s landholdings, provide a signed letter from the owners confirming you have authority to access information about the landholdings you don't manage.
