Assessments and exemptions: Portal Guide

See your assessment notice or apply for a residential exemption.
Assessments

Access the Assessment notice details by selecting Assessments via the View button on the Land Holdings screen.

The Assessments screen shows the current account details, account balance, notice type, amount and date due.

Select ‘View Notice’ to display a detailed transaction list for the nominated assessment period. It will also break down the assessable land for that period and give you the proportional amount of tax payable, unimproved value, taxable value and aggregated value.

Select the property for which you are seeking an exemption from the dropdown box. If the property is not listed, select ‘New Property Address’ and enter the property details manually.
