National Police Certificate applications can be made online or in person at participating Australia Post outlets.
Online applications now include online payment, id verification and delivery. Applications that do not need any further investigation can be completed within an hour.
Alternatively, in person applications can be made at a participating Australia Post outlet which require a 100 point identification verification.
In person applications and those which need further investigation from the online portal will be issued a physical NPC.
