About our program

We invite you to explore a career with Treasury WA by applying for the Treasury WA Aboriginal Graduate Program where you will directly create impactful and positive change for WA communities.

The structured, 18 month program involves 3 diverse rotations where you will have the opportunity to work in areas such as native title agreements and compensation, Aboriginal justice and mental health reform, the Closing the Gap Implementation Plan and the Aboriginal Empowerment Strategy.

Attributes we are seeking in candidates

  • Successful completion of a recent tertiary qualification
  • Minimum undergraduate degree – any degree discipline is acceptable 
  • Alignment with Treasury’s values of being solutions focused, committed, collaborative and wanting to make a difference
