State lot activity
The latest version of the State lot activity publication contains statistical details of residential subdivision activity in Western Australia. Statistics of residential lots are compiled from subdivision applications lodged with and approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission.
The statistics relate to lots:
(a) under 3,000 square metres; and
(b) zoned residential under local government town planning schemes.
