Who we are
At Main Roads Western Australia, Keeping WA Moving guides everything we do. As population growth and travel demand increase, maintaining a safe, reliable and efficient road network is more important than ever.
The Graduate Network Operations Program offers the opportunity to play a direct role in managing and optimising the Western Australian road network, helping millions of people and tonnes of freight move safely and efficiently every day.
About the program
The Graduate Network Operations Program is a 2 year structured rotational program based primarily within the Network Operations Division.
Graduates are embedded within the Road Network Operations Centre in the Perth CBD, the nerve centre of Perth’s road network. The centre is a world class traffic management facility that brings together industry leading technology, data and control systems to deliver safer and more predictable journeys, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Throughout the program, graduates gain hands on experience applying technical knowledge to real world problems, supported by a dedicated graduate team and structured development opportunities.
On successful completion of the program, graduates are offered permanent ongoing employment with Main Roads.
